SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on weight. Each product has its own weight/cost programmed, either as a single item (expensive) or as an item together with other items (much cheaper).
We always do our best to keep your shippingcost as low as possible. A great way to save on shipping is ordering together with your friends or people living nearby. Often you can ship several records for almost the same price as one record. We, you and the envoirment would all benefit from this, so please talk to your friends before ordering and see if they wanna join in.
If you are able to pick your stuff up in Malmö, we can ofcourse arrange that to avoid shipping. Just choose KOREA, DEMOCRATIC PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF as country when you check out. Then shipping will be 0€.
If you have any questions on our shipping rates, just hit us with them. We think shipping costs suck too, but its a reality we have to deal with. We are happy to be transparent with our shipping costs with you and answer all your questions. If it somehow would happen that you pay too much for shipping (we dont think thats gonna happen, we try to be very precise) we will of course refund you.
PACKING
We ship the vinyl outside of the LP jacket to prevent seam splits or any other kind of damage during the shipping.
We can not be held accountable for any possible mistreatment the package may endure during the transport. We can not accept refunds or send replacement copies for minor issues such as bend corners or warped records.
We examine each item before we ship them.
If a record arrives to you with bend corners or a warped vinyl, then that had happened under the transport then file a complaint to your postal courier.
